JSC "St. Petersburg Heating Grid" was founded on February 1, 2010 on the basis of St. Petersburg Heating Grid was ТGC-1 structural division called "Heating Grid", under the tripartite agreement of the Government of Saint Petersburg, JSC "TGC-1" and SUE "TEK of Saint Petersburg" in order to improve the reliability and quality of ensuring inhabitants of the Capital of the North with heat and hot water through a single heat networks control.
The main activities are: supply and distribution of thermal energy from the sources of JSC "TGC-1". JSC "St. Petersburg Heating Grid" is an agent of JSC "TGC-1" on sales of heat energy and operates as a property of about 700 km of pipelines and about 1,800 km of inter-networking in the areas of heating, such as: Avtovskaya, Vasileostrovskaya, Viborgskaya, Pervomayskaya, Pravoberezhnaya, Severnaya, Centralnaya and Uyzhnaya of JSC "TGC-1" CHP.
Every year about of 20 million Gcal of thermal energy is passed through the networks of JSC "St. Petersburg Heating Grid". The company serves about of 14,000 buildings for various purposes.
The authorized capital of the Company is 31,334,269,380 RUR (thirty one billion three hundred thirty-four million two hundred and sixty-nine thousand three hundred and eighty rubles).
